Payment methods

All orders must be paid for in advance of mailing. We accept cheques, postal orders, or payment by Pay Pal. Payment by Pay Pal sees orders shipped immediately. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Robert Marshall. Goods are sent once the cheque has cleared. If you must send cash only do so by special delivery ( We DO NOT recommend this method!) .

International buyers wishing to pay by cheque. We only accept cheques in pounds sterling made payable to Robert Marshall. We DO NOT accept cheques from customers outside of the United Kingdom.

Despatch

All items paid through Pay Pal are usually shipped in no more than 72 hours from the time the order was placed. Exceptions when paying be other methods see above.

Damaged Goods

All or any damage to the item received must be reported to Celebrity Autographs within two days of receipt. We will file for you, any insurance claims for damage.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding packing & delivery) provided that you return them to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Descriptions

All items listed are in very good or mint condition unless stated. If for any reason you are not happy the item was as described, please take advantage of our generous return policy.

Shipping

All goods purchased are inclusive of insurance and transported worldwide. Goods are sent special next day delivery for photos and small items. Check with us for larger items.

Goods Lost in Transit

Email us and make sure you quote your name, address and order reference number & state you are making a Claim of Goods Lost in Transit.

Celebrity Autographs will carry out their procedure to confirm the loss of items

Then we will automatically refund the credit card to which the original sale was made through Pay Pal. Unless payment was made in another form. In such a case it is procedure to make the refund via bankers cheque to ensure traceability of transaction and to prevent fraud
